Programme

• Candidates need at least 5 credit-level passes in SSCE (or equivalent), with a credit in English and Mathematics.

• An entrance examination is mandatory

2 Years (4 Semesters)

The students reside in the school and are trained for 2 years using a Dual Training System (DTS). The students work and study at the same time to gain mastery of the art of hospitality.

Industrial Attachment: After 2 years of training, students embark on a 6-month industrial attachment for real-world exposure.

Successful graduates receive a basic certificate in Hotel and Catering Operations. They also have the opportunity to pursue National Vocational Qualification (level 2 and 3) exams for a diploma in Hospitality Management.

Our graduates gain employment in hotels, restaurants and other hospitality facilities. Some set up their own businesses while others further their education to get a degree in Hospitality. Our students have the opportunity to obtain national skills Qualification level 2 and 3 certifications.
